In Part 1 you will be able to explain the principles of Yoga and Meditation with reference to examples from life and work situations.

In Part 2 you will be able to analyse techniques for giving and receiving feedback to identify practices reflecting mindfulness through the application of Yoga & Meditation.

YOGA & MEDITATION | PART 3
In Part 3 we focus on how to motivate the positive and negative impact of Yoga and Meditation through examples on intrapersonal and interpersonal level.

YOGA & MEDITATION | PART 4
In Part 4 you will analyse your own responses to life and work situations in terms of the principles and concepts of Yoga & Meditation. Gain deeper understanding to the strengths and weaknesses with reference to the concepts and principles of Yoga & Meditation in order to identify development areas.
